Inspired by the literature of Thoreau, this beautiful work for piano and concert band is perfect for changing the pace of your concert and to bring out a soloist, either from the band or a guest artist. Very reminiscent of the style of Dave Grusin, this work has a haunting harmonic progression and melody.
